The long term vision for Holbeck Urban Village is the creation of a thriving new business community with a focus on creative and digital industry.

With high levels of mixed-use development taking place in and around Holbeck Urban Village, new office accommodation is already coming onto the market. Over the next ten years a total of two million sq ft of office space is expected to be generated, expanding the city's prime office quarter beyond its traditional core.
