Urban regeneration specialists Igloo have bought the 5.25 acre site which includes the Marshall's Mill building.
Bordered by Bath Road, Water Lane, Marshall Street and Union Place, the site is one of the largest within the Holbeck Urban Village boundary. Igloo will retain and further renovate the Marshall's Mill building and add a further number of buildings to the land surrounding the Grade II listed structure. The development will be predominantly commercial use focusing mainly on office and retail and leisure facilities. There will also be a number of new streets and public squares that the new buildings will be centred around.
The scheme is has outline planning permission and further details will be released in the near future. Marshall's Mill is currently the location for a number of companies including:
