Bush Engineering commissioned Architecture 2B to design a building that would reflect their expertise in metal fabrication.
The proposed building features an imposing metal façade and will be located just off Manor Road. It will provide 5,655 sq ft of office accommodation and a further 1,099 sq ft of retail space at ground floor level, alongside 57 residential units. Planning permission has also been granted for 34 basement parking spaces.
