First phase development complete

Working on the waterfront has never been so appealing with stunning views of the river and easy access to transport links close by.

The Whitehall Riverside development comprises four buildings in total, which extend to a total floor space of over 300,000 sq ft. They have been built using a high quality curtain wall system which provides large efficiencies in terms of solar control and thermal insulation. Complementing this space is parking space for over 1,100 vehicles.

No 1 Whitehall comprises 127,000 sq ft of office space, of which 23,000 sq ft is still available. The second building, No 1 Whitehall Road will provide a further 120,000 sq ft of office space and the third building, No 7 Whitehall Road will havea further 58,000 sq ft. These two schemes both have full planning permission. The remainder of the development has been granted outline planning permission.
