City Walk
City Walk is one of the first developments on entrance to the city from the south. It is a large scheme offering businesses easy access to the transport network and conference facilities at neighbouring Bewley's Hotel.
City Walk has been master-planned to provide a piazza-style courtyard environment for use by the residential, hotel and office occupiers.

Companies already occupying space in City Walk include Land Securities Trillium, Gaz De France and Jacobs Babtie. No1 City Walk is already fully let. No2 City Walk is expected to be completed shortly and will offer 64,115 sq ft of office and commercial space.
