Urban renaissance awards recognise development

The Round Foundry in Holbeck and Temple Newsam House have won three of the inaugural Yorkshire Urban Renaissance Awards, established to celebrate the best in building design, regeneration, planning and architectural work in the Yorkshire region.
The £40 million Round Foundry won the 'Creative Land Use' and the overall 'Urban Centre' awards. Located in the heart of Holbeck Urban Village, the development includes offices, residential, commercial and leisure space.
