Linfoot launches new apartments with YOO factor

YOO is an international design and development company led by John Hitchcox, one of Europe’s most innovative property developers and world-acclaimed designer Philippe Starck.

Manor Mills will offer 280 stunning apartments over nine floors with supporting leisure facilities. Integrated into the project team from an early stage, YOO have worked with K W Linfoot Plc on many aspects of the development including communal areas, building facades, apartment layouts, specifications and overall interior design.

Manor Mills will comprise smart pads and studios as well as one and two bedroom apartments with prices ranging from £86,000 to £200,000. The scheme is located on Manor Road, close to Leeds City Station and the national motorway network. Development is expected to start in summer 2006 with completion due in spring 2008.

Manor Mills will become the ultimate showcase for KW Linfoot Plc which already boasts an award-winning reputation for its innovative approach to city living.
