The first chance to experience ISIS’s new waterside development in Leeds and find out what makes their development different.
The public are invited to take a first look around the Granary Wharf development on Saturday 7th June that is situated behind Leeds Train Station in Holbeck Urban Village.
A show apartment will be unveiled in an ‘open house’ event which includes the opportunity to view building plans and speak to those involved in the development, which includes a shared, flexible, community space called The Hub. ISIS Waterside Regeneration’s development is due to complete in September 2009.
Located in the historically interesting and arresting Holbeck Urban Village, an area with 33 listed buildings, the Granary Wharf development aims to combine environmental with economic sustainability. 282 apartments in two striking buildings will occupy the waterside, along with a 333-roomed City Inn Hotel that will include a 14th floor sky bar with views across Holbeck Urban Village and the south of the city.
Restaurants and local shops will be surrounded by landscaped public space that represents 70% of the scheme.
The circular residential building will also feature a private roof terrace for its residents, with more cityscape views.
