Revised Planning Framework Consultation

After careful planning and consultation the Revised Planning Framework Draft is now complete. We would like you to join us on the 17th February to give your comments and feedback and to discuss the changes and improvements to the draft.
There will be an exhibition based on the implications of the draft for the development of the area.
The Revised Planning Framework at this stage is a draft document that sets out the design guide for the urban village with regard to sustainability, public realm, use of materials and overall use of buildings.
Comments and feedback given at the event will be taken into account and the draft will be amended to reflect suggestions raised. There will also be an opprtunity to ask questions of key figures invovled with the development of the urban village including:

Director of Environment at Yorkshire Forward - John Thorp
Civic Architect at Leeds City Council
Lunch will also be provided.
