Leedseleven FM Broadcasting Workshop

When: Starting 7th January 2007
Vera Media, the founding organisation behind Leedseleven FM, will be running a series of broadcasting and media training courses throughout January.
The workshops are designed to help local residents learn new broadcasting and journalistic skills with a view to contributing to the radio station.
The workshops include:
1. Making new programmes for LeedselevenFM: an introduction to radio technique
2 . Introduction to radio techniques and communication especially for speakers of English as another languag
3. Learning English and communication: onemen’s and two women’s classes
Everyone who completes a course will receive a certificate of a recognised qualification.
In addition Vera Media would welcome volunteers to help at LeedselevenFM. However long you have available, whether you have skills or are a complete beginner, please get in contact.
