Situated next door to the Emco site on Globe Road, the Haynes site has also been granted outline planning approval.

The scheme has received outline permission for 118 residential apartments, to consist of 50 one bedroom apartments and 68 two bedroom apartments.

Supporting the residential accommodation will be 67,221 sq ft of office space and 4,449 sq ft of commercial space earmarked for cafes, bars and ancillary retail uses. The scheme also includes an allocation for public accessible walkways ( as it will be next door to the proposed viaduct skywalk) and for landscaped public amenity space.
