Leeds-based developer KW Linfoot has recently been granted planning permission for Manor Mills, a predominantly residential development in the south corner of Holbeck Urban Village.
Until recently the site was used for light industrial purposes. The new scheme, designed by Brewster Bye Architects, offers a combination of modern living accommodation and retail space, with 280 apartments over nine floors.
