Scheduled for completion in 2006, Bridgewater Place will be one of the tallest buildings inthe North and will offer residents exclusive panoramic views of Leeds and the surrounding region.
This £100 million development is a joint venture between Landmark Developments and St James Securities. Positioned along the prestige corridor running into the city centre from the motorway network to the south, Bridgewater Place features a stunning glass atrium with a suspended skywalk at level eight.
The residential component of the development comprises 164 residential units made up of one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and 'smart pads. The residential units are being developed by K W Linfoot.
