The pavements and street design is being phased with new developments to avoid putting pavements down then ahving to dig back up. We ahve looked at materials that are in sets so that should they need to be dug up and relaid they will still look in keeping with the rest of the urban village and of high quality. |

The intention to is restrict, slow and calm traffic flowing through the village to minimise the social impact. There are also a number of schemes proposing public squares. |

SJS scheme will improve this and planners have already been talking to the community to determine how. £70,000 was spent last year clearing site between the urban village and Holbeck and Beeston and further funds are planned for this year. |

Working with Metro to improve bus links into local community areas. Funding is an issue but proposals are moving forward. |
