Anything which adds interest is good.	Agreed.
Sight of the Beck is important historically.	Agreed.
Water is soothing and therefore good to have as a feature.	Agreed.
Lunchtime seating opportunity?	Noted. There will be seating made available.
Keep bridge from David Street to the railway station.	Agreed.
Uniform railings may not be good.	The design team are looking at the look and feel of the Hol Beck as part of the overall design code for the area and any furniture, benches, railings etc. will fit with the rest of the urban village.
Maintenance?	The Environment Agency will continue maintence of the Hol Beck watercourse and any new additions to this service will be negotiated with them.
Bird life needs to be considered.	The Hol Beck will remain a wild life corridor and the matter will be further discussed and advised upon by an ornithologist.
