Key Partners
Leeds City Council and Yorkshire Forward have formed a partnership to deliver the regeneration of Holbeck Urban Village as a thriving new business and residential community. A number of other partners are involved in key aspects of the regeneration programme.
Leeds City Council
Leeds City Council is the local planning authority for Holbeck Urban Village and the surrounding communities. The council has devoted considerable staff resources to the urban regeneration of this historically significant area, and is committed to delivering a sustainable community in an area close to Leeds city centre.

Yorkshire Forward
Yorkshire Forward, the regional development agency for Yorkshire and Humber is working in partnership to bring about a renaissance of place to Holbeck. Yorkshire Forward has been involved in the first major development in Holbeck Urban Village, the Round Foundry, and recently acquired Tower Works for redevelopment.

British Waterways
British Waterways manages and cares for more than 2,000 miles (3,220 km) of canals and rivers in England, Scotland and Wales. It has a key role to play in preserving the ancient waterways in the Holbeck area.

English Heritage exists to protect and promote England's spectacular historic environment and ensure that its past is researched and understood. It has played an important role in researching and preserving the archaeology of historic sites such as the Round Foundry.

Network Rail was formed to manage and revitalise Britain's railway infrastructure. The involvement of Network Rail is essential in plans for redeveloping the railway viaducts and bridges as unique features of the urban village.

Spacia
Spacia is the UK's largest provider of premises for small and medium-sized businesses and the property arm of Network Rail. Spacia is working with Holbeck Urban Village to help relocate existing industrial businesses within the area and open up new business premises for SMEs.
