Leeds-based developer KW Linfoot completed Manor Mills in Spring 2009, offering high-end apartments with interior design by the celebrated YOO design company.
YOO has achieved critical acclaim since its formation in 1999, following the teaming of Manhattan Loft Corporation founding partner, John Hitchcox, with internationally-celebrated designer and architect, Philippe Starck.
Designed by Brewster Bye Architects, Manor Mills offers a combination of modern living accommodation and retail space, with 280 apartments over nine floors.
Manor Mills became the ultimate showcase for KW Linfoot Plc who collaborated with YOO on many aspects of the development including communal areas, building facades, apartment layouts, specifications and overall interior design. Both smartpads and studios are available at Manor Mills, along with one and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
